Global Procurement Specialist (Supply Chain)

Location: Tijuana, Mexico; onsite full-time

What you will do

• Support the development and execution of global sourcing plans for Professional Services, HR, Technology, and CAPEX/MRO/Facilities categories.
• Analyze global spend, cost savings, pricing variances, procurement data, and process performance.
• Partner with sourcing managers, finance, business stakeholders, transactional teams, and suppliers to execute sourcing strategies.
• Support supplier relationship management, contracting, quarterly business reviews, and supplier risk mitigation.
• Prepare data reports, executive summary presentations, and clear business guidance based on analysis.
• Improve data integrity, procurement processes, supplier performance, and continuity of supply.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, finance, or procurement.
• Strong analytical skills with expert Excel proficiency and experience with databases and analysis tools such as Access and Tableau.
• Working knowledge of procurement processes, supplier relationship management, sourcing, and contracting.
• Strong verbal and written communication, organizational, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently, solve problems, manage multiple deadlines, and use advanced PowerPoint and Visio.

Nice to have

• Understanding of ERP systems and Procure-to-Pay concepts.
