What you will do

• Plan, direct, and oversee all functions of an express center, full-service branch, or cluster of branches.
• Ensure high-quality member service, audit compliance, internal controls, and progress toward credit union goals.
• Provide consultative guidance on credit union products and services and make consumer loan decisions.
• Coach, train, develop, and support assistant managers, supervisors, and branch staff.
• Attract new members through school, community, and business functions, including presentations and visitations.
• Direct branch marketing and implement department or divisional projects.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience preferred.
• 10+ years of previous experience; financial industry experience preferred.
• 1–3 years of previous management experience required.
• Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, operating procedures, productivity standards, and regulatory compliance.
• Participation in the California DMV pull program may be required depending on the assignment.
