Branch Manager (Financial Services)

Location: Onsite in Manassas, Virginia, United States; local travel is required for business development.

Salary: $60,000–$80,000 annual base salary, plus additional compensation based on individual and company performance.

What you will do

• Lead branch operations and create a customer-focused lending environment.
• Ensure customers receive and review suitable loan options throughout the lending process.
• Manage collection activities and consult with customers about past-due loan payments.
• Recruit, develop, coach, and retain a high-quality and diverse team.
• Drive branch performance by motivating employees and maintaining compliance with policies and applicable laws.
• Travel locally to support business development activities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Leadership experience with team coaching and management.
• Proven experience meeting sales goals.
• Ability to obtain required insurance licensing within six months of the start date.
• Ability to work onsite in Manassas, Virginia, with local business travel.

• Experience in underwriting, credit decision-making, or the financial industry.
