What you will do

• Assess pediatric and adult patients presenting with illnesses, injuries, and trauma.
• Implement priority-based nursing care and establish goals addressing patient needs.
• Stabilize patients requiring critical clinical decision-making in emergency situations.
• Integrate patient values, evidence-based practice, and best practices into care delivery.
• Engage patients and families while communicating effectively with the care team.
• Delegate care and collaborate with nurses, providers, paramedics, psychiatric clinicians, and other disciplines.

Requirements

• Current New Hampshire licensure as a Registered Nurse is required.
• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing with an ADN or BSN.
• 1–2 years of experience in an emergency setting.
• Successful completion of a competency-based orientation program.
• Ability to work full time, 36 hours per week, on day shifts from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
