Registered Nurse - Emergency Services - Full Time (36 hours/week) - Nights

Location: 603 S Chestnut St, Ellensburg, Washington, United States. Onsite hospital role with a primary shift from 7:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. and every other weekend.

Salary: USD 44.70–79.60 per hour, based on applicable experience. Shift differentials apply, including 12% of base hourly pay for nights.

What you will do

• Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Provide direct nursing care and supervise professional and ancillary personnel.
• Assess patient and family education needs and support health maintenance or restoration after discharge.
• Coordinate nursing care with medical plans and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team.
• Participate in quality assurance and process improvement initiatives.
• Float to other hospital departments when patient needs require it.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program and current Washington State nursing license.
• Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification.
• ACLS and PALS or ENPC certification within six months of hire.
• TNCC certification within 12 months of hire.
• Emergency Severity Index training within six months.
• United States work authorization and onsite availability in Washington are required for this hospital-based position.

Nice to have

• One to two years of clinical experience in an appropriate nursing area.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
• Certified Emergency Nurse certification.
