What you will do
- Operate and maintain government-furnished VoIP, VoSIP, ACD, and TDM voice communication systems and related equipment on a 24x7x365 basis.
- Develop preventive maintenance programs, apply patches and vendor upgrades, and maintain security and compliance.
- Monitor system performance, report metrics, troubleshoot incidents, and restore operational capabilities.
- Maintain voice-service documentation, configuration management, call-detail reporting, and standard or custom reports.
- Administer voicemail, ACDS, and E911 systems, including testing, updates, fault detection, and issue resolution.
- Provide technical and project management support through coordination, requirements analysis, and solution development.
Requirements
- Active TS/SCI clearance required.
- 10+ years of relevant experience.
- Experience with voice communications technologies, including VoIP, VoSIP, and TDM.
- Strong technical knowledge of telecommunications equipment and systems management.
- Experience working in a Department of Defense customer environment and integrating with a government multi-contractor team.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field and Security+ certification required.
