Senior Application Engineer, BU Damping & Decoupling (AVS/NVH)

What you will do

• Acquire target projects in cooperation with Sales and deliver technical customer presentations.
• Monitor project profitability throughout the lifecycle and manage changes affecting project results.
• Build relationships with customer Engineering teams and relevant technical functions.
• Manage complex global projects according to APQP and VC ProMap procedures.
• Lead RFQs independently and coordinate internal and external activities from RFQ to EOP.
• Control project quality, cost, and timing, while reporting progress to project teams and top management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or another technical subject.
• Experience in Project Management and Application Engineering.
• Proven success managing projects.
• Analytical thinking and strong communication and presentation skills across cultures.
• AVS/NVH product knowledge is advantageous.
