Senior Advanced Manufacturing Engineer (Scroll Compressor)

What you will do

• Lead new product project launches and process qualification for scroll compressors.
• Coordinate prototype trials, process verification, performance testing, and mass production release.
• Assess product and process feasibility with R&D and ensure manufacturability and industrialization readiness.
• Coordinate engineering, procurement, SQE, planning, operations, quality, production, supply chain, and safety teams.
• Develop manufacturing processes meeting safety, cycle time, capacity, quality, operability, and maintainability requirements.
• Drive process optimization, project reporting, risk synchronization, and quality issue closure across local and global teams.

Requirements

• More than 10 years of relevant experience and a bachelor's degree or higher in mechanical engineering, manufacturing, materials, or a related discipline.
• Experience promoting new product projects and performing onsite quality engineering, with familiarity with mechanical development processes.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical drawings, GD&T, machining tolerances, precision assembly, and compressor structural matching principles.
• Proficiency with 8D, 5 Why, FMEA, SPC, risk analysis, and closed-loop problem management.
• Experience with manufacturing standards, engineering document iteration, trial verification, and mass production release.
• Good technical English is required for overseas project alignment, document review, and customer communication.
