What you will do

• Analyze workforce data to identify meaningful insights, trends, and actionable recommendations.
• Conduct competitive benchmarking and market research to support internal strategy and business decisions.
• Deliver a high-impact project influencing HR or broader business decision-making.
• Support strategic initiatives, process improvements, and cost-saving efforts.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Product Management, Finance, and other functions to solve business problems.
• Prepare leadership-ready presentations and reports to communicate findings.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing an MBA degree.
• 3+ years of professional business experience in Human Resources or a relevant field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with comfort working with data.
• Ability to build relationships with employees at all organizational levels, business contacts, and vendors.
• Ability to present to senior management and influence decisions.
