People/Business Operations Intern (Summer 2027)

Location: Greenwood Village, Colorado, United States

Salary: Undergraduate interns earn $6,000 per month plus a $5,000 housing stipend; graduate interns earn $10,000 per month plus a $5,000 housing stipend.

What you will do

• Analyze and improve firmwide business processes and support operational initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects and develop tools or analyses that improve organizational efficiency.
• Support recruiting research, sourcing, recruiting analytics, interview coordination, and employer branding initiatives.
• Contribute to employee programs, learning and development, performance and talent management, organizational planning, and people analytics.
• Collaborate with mentors and project managers, visit a renewable energy asset, and present project results to colleagues.

Requirements

• Current undergraduate or graduate student with preference for students in their final year of full-time study after the internship.
• Demonstrated interest in business operations, recruiting, human capital, organizational strategy, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication, analytical ability, sound judgment, and interest in solving organizational problems.
• Ability to work with data, develop actionable conclusions, collaborate effectively, exercise discretion, and manage multiple priorities.
• Academic and/or professional achievement, initiative, attention to detail, and willingness to learn are required or strongly preferred.
