Summer 2027 Intern - Human Resources

What you will do

• Own a real project within a specialized HR team, such as Talent Acquisition, People Intelligence & Analytics, Compensation & Benefits, or Organizational Development.
• Analyze information and workforce data to identify meaningful insights.
• Collaborate with HR teams and learn from experienced HR leaders.
• Use modern HR tools and analytics systems while developing core HR skills.
• Complete and present a capstone project to WD leadership.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Behavior, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong interest in building a career in Human Resources.
• Ability to analyze information, interpret data, communicate clearly, and collaborate across teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and willingness to learn HR systems and tools.
• Must have the right to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
• Available to work 40 hours per week for 12 consecutive weeks during Summer 2027.

Nice to have

• Exposure to HR systems or analytics tools such as Workday, SmartRecruiters, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Prior experience in HR, people analytics, organizational development, or project management.
