Salary: $78,000–$101,000 annually

What you will do

• Analyze, develop, and administer organizational compensation programs.
• Conduct compensation market research and evaluate job positions.
• Recommend salary structures aligned with business objectives.
• Support competitive, fair, and legally compliant compensation practices.
• Collaborate and communicate with colleagues in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and three years of HR and/or compensation experience, or an equivalent combination.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Valid driver’s license for the vehicle types that may be driven and an acceptable driving record.

Nice to have

• CCP or CCA certification.
