Human Resources Supervisor (Manufacturing)

Location: Prairie du Chien, Wisconsin, United States; on-site position. Travel may include up to 5% domestic travel. Relocation assistance may be authorized. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employment visa sponsorship.

Compensation: $109,202–$133,469 annually, including base pay and variable incentive pay when eligible.

What you will do

• Advise management and employees on company guidelines, employee relations, compliance, performance management, hiring, and training needs.
• Support plant management with HR programs, including recruiting, new-hire orientation, employment law compliance, and employee relations.
• Analyze department structures and employee climate to improve organizational effectiveness, morale, and workforce performance.
• Drive HR process improvement projects.
• Provide integrated support across employee assistance, compensation, payroll, benefits, mobility, leadership development, talent acquisition, and disability management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution, completed and verified before starting.
• At least two years of human resources or supervisory experience in a private, public, government, or military environment.
• Ability to build relationships, establish trust, and work cross-functionally across the organization.
• Ability to work independently and in a team across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong discretion, integrity, judgment, responsiveness, and attention to detail.

Nice to have

• One year of HR supervisory experience.
• Two years of HR experience in a plant or manufacturing environment.
• Master’s degree in a human resources discipline.
• Five years of human resources experience.
