Human Resources Intern - Chicago

What you will do

• Support HR initiatives through program coordination, communications, reporting, and partner engagement.
• Analyze HR data to identify trends and develop insights for decision-making and program effectiveness.
• Contribute to inclusion and employee experience initiatives that support belonging and partner development.
• Improve processes, documentation, dashboards, and tools used for talent and development programs.
• Research talent management, leadership development, learning, and inclusion trends and share recommendations.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree at an accredited college or university, with expected graduation between December 2027 and Summer 2028.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Interest in human resources, talent, organizational effectiveness, employee experience, or related areas.
• Analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills demonstrated through coursework or previous internship experience.
• Leadership and teamwork demonstrated through projects or extracurricular involvement.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
