What you will do
- Own key phases of the payroll processing cycle, ensuring accurate, timely, and policy-compliant payroll delivery.
- Handle critical ticket assignments and oversee the resolution of escalated payroll issues.
- Maintain desktop procedures, process documentation, trackers, and governance reports.
- Validate SLA workbooks, monitor performance metrics, and address operational gaps.
- Identify and implement process improvements, including control enhancements and task automation.
- Collaborate with HR, finance, and IT teams, participate in governance calls, and support customer satisfaction initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in payroll operations.
- Familiarity with payroll software and HRIS platforms.
- Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication skills is required.
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, collaboration, issue-resolution, and continuous-improvement skills.
