HR Operations Specialist

Location: Monterrey, Mexico; onsite

What you will do

• Provide HR process, policy, program, core HR, and payroll support to HR Business Partners, centers of excellence, and functional teams.
• Process employee data changes and corrections while assessing downstream impacts.
• Create and maintain process documentation, quick reference guides, how-to materials, and training content.
• Plan and coordinate process projects, including data audits, testing, performance monitoring, and resource coordination.
• Generate HR reports and dashboards for workforce planning, operational decisions, compliance tracking, and leadership requests.
• Monitor workflows, support HR technology initiatives, standardize processes, and assist with internal and external audits.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field.
• At least 3 years of Human Resources experience.
• Experience with Workday and Microsoft Suite.
• Advanced English communication skills required.
• Strong customer service, critical thinking, problem-solving, multitasking, and accuracy skills.
