Sr. Payroll Advisor

What you will do

• Establish sustainable, stable, and high-performing payroll operations for the Americas.
• Execute timely and accurate weekly and special payrolls for U.S. company codes, covering approximately 4,000 employees.
• Design business rules and perform system testing with the Development Team and payroll vendor.
• Plan and manage multiple project phases, including execution, delivery, and testing.
• Collaborate with HR Operations, Time & Attendance, Finance, Global Mobility, and Benefits stakeholders to resolve cross-functional issues.
• Improve payroll controls, standardize processes, identify gaps, and increase automation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in accounting or administration.
• Professional experience in payroll, labor relations, or HR.
• Experience with ADP, Workday, and KRONOS.
• Strong hands-on U.S. payroll experience is required; deep LATAM payroll experience with compliance and high-volume processing may be accepted if the ability to learn U.S. requirements quickly is demonstrated.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience defining and tracking payroll KPIs and metrics.
• Fully bilingual communication skills.
