PI&CS Engineer (Manufacturing Automation)

What you will do

• Design, implement, maintain, and improve control systems for manufacturing processes.
• Support process automation, instrumentation, PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, and related control platforms.
• Troubleshoot equipment, control logic, sensors, and system integration issues.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, maintenance, quality, EHS, and operations teams to resolve technical problems.
• Lead or support capital projects, equipment upgrades, and system migrations.
• Analyze process performance, support root cause investigations, and improve uptime, yield, quality, and cost.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical, Controls, or Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of hands-on PI&CS-related experience in manufacturing, process engineering, automation, instrumentation, or controls systems.
• Experience with PLC programming, process controls, instrumentation, data analysis, troubleshooting, automation systems, and engineering documentation.
• Familiarity with DCS, SCADA, HMI, MES, historian systems, and industrial networks.
• Strong analytical, root cause analysis, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Understanding of EHS, quality systems, change management, cybersecurity, and regulated manufacturing requirements.
