Electrical Engineer II

Location: Taipei, Taiwan

What you will do

• Define, design, test, document, and release electrical aspects of new products.
• Develop electrical and control systems for fluid applicators, fluid management systems, automation machines, and customer line-control interfaces.
• Create and execute test plans to validate safety, regulatory compliance, quality, and performance.
• Apply the stage-gate process, plan project work, and deliver milestones and cost targets on time.
• Integrate electrical designs with mechanical and software engineering teams into cohesive products.
• Support prototype and beta builds, manufacturing readiness, customer discussions, and project meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and 4–7 years of experience, or equivalent relevant experience.
• SolidWorks design experience or equivalent.
• Experience applying engineering principles to electrical systems, control systems, testing, and product development.
• Ability to plan and coordinate tasks, manage risks, meet deadlines, and work independently or within cross-functional teams.
• Strong written, oral, presentation, and cross-organizational communication skills.
• Work location: Taipei, Taiwan.

Nice to have

• Experience with sensors, measuring devices, control systems, and automation.
• Stage-gate and project management experience.
• Experience developing and launching new products.
• Customer interaction and factory visit experience.
• Experience with enterprise resource planning systems, especially SAP.
