Maintenance Engineer - E&I (Instrumentation and Control)

What you will do

• Maintain instrument and control equipment and systems across industrial gas plants, from field devices to the control room.
• Respond to major plant breakdowns, inspect affected equipment, analyze faults, and restore operations.
• Repair and recommission plant equipment to minimize production losses.
• Prepare technical reports, document work progress and resolutions, and maintain accurate issue records.
• Conduct CoNC root cause investigations and follow up on corrective action plans.
• Review job safety analyses for complex or major maintenance tasks and communicate effectively with supporting functions.

Requirements

• Experience with process instruments for pressure, temperature, flow, level, and vibration measurement and transmission.
• Knowledge of shutdown systems, DCS, PLCs, analyzers, control valves, switching valves, and diagnostic tools.
• Ability to troubleshoot instrumentation and control faults and restore plant equipment to service.
• Ability to perform root cause investigations, prepare technical documentation, and recognize complex maintenance work.
