Senior PMO Manager (IT Transformation)

What you will do

• Own complex PMO and transformation initiatives from problem definition and analysis through solution design, implementation, adoption, measurement, and continuous improvement.
• Develop company-wide project, program, delivery, governance, and cross-functional management practices.
• Diagnose systemic delivery and management problems using data, stakeholder input, project assessments, and structured analysis.
• Design governance mechanisms, decision-making processes, controls, metrics, and feedback loops that create business value.
• Partner with senior leaders, Delivery, Engineering, Operations, and other functions to drive alignment and organizational change.
• Strengthen project and delivery management capabilities through assessments, mentoring, interviews, training, and knowledge development.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience across IT project, program, delivery, or PMO management, with strong hands-on delivery foundations.
• Strong capabilities in planning, governance, dependency management, risk management, decision-making, execution control, and continuous improvement.
• Structured problem-solving, analytical thinking, business judgment, and the ability to define and evaluate meaningful success metrics.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives, transformations, governance improvements, organizational change, and stakeholder adoption.
• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, communication, presentation, mentoring, and influencing skills.
• Upper-Intermediate+ English required.

Nice to have

• PMI or equivalent professional certification.
• Experience with project, program, portfolio, or organizational maturity models.
• Experience designing PMO governance and operating models.
• Pre-sales or client-facing consulting experience.
• Practical experience using AI and automation to improve management, delivery, analytics, or operational workflows.
