Senior Technical Project Manager

Location: Philadelphia, PA, USA. Employees must be available to work onsite at a client location or hirify.global office as requested; remote work is allowed when compatible with hirify.global and client needs.

What you will do

• Lead delivery for cross-functional teams and coordinate business, delivery, client, and vendor stakeholders.
• Manage large and complex technology projects and consulting engagements.
• Apply Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies according to project needs.
• Develop and communicate integrated project plans and roadmaps covering milestones, risks, and deliverables.
• Identify and mitigate delivery risks, while supporting the triage and resolution of critical issues.
• Perform hands-on analysis, design, process engineering, and change management as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 6 years of experience in project or program management, preferably across the full Agile development lifecycle.
• Experience managing large and complex technology projects using both Agile and traditional approaches.
• Strong stakeholder facilitation, communication, listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to lead diverse teams across different technical backgrounds, locations, and organizations.
• Must be authorized to work directly for any employer in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Training or certifications from PMI, Scaled Agile Framework, or Agile Alliance.
• Account management or other relevant consulting experience.
