TL;DR
Senior Manager, Applied AI (AI Consulting and Technical Delivery): Leading Applied AI implementation projects, organizational strategy, and PMO establishment with an accent on requirements gathering, stakeholder alignment, and change management. Focus on managing SDLC-based implementations, mitigating delivery risks, and driving adoption of AI solutions across client organizations.
Location: Los Angeles, CA or New York, NY; primarily on-site, with remote or hybrid work permitted for certain projects and travel to client sites as required.

What you will do
- Lead project teams through Applied AI implementation phases, including setup, requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Manage technology and business consulting projects involving AI solutions, organizational strategy, AI processes, and PMO establishment.
- Facilitate client workshops, executive meetings, status updates, and deliverable review sessions.
- Identify project risks and issues and develop mitigation strategies.
- Build client relationships and identify opportunities beyond current engagements.
- Contribute to mentorship, recruitment, business development, strategy, and methodology initiatives.
Requirements
- 10+ years of project management experience.
- 4–6+ years managing SDLC or system implementation projects.
- Experience implementing AI, ML, or Applied AI systems.
- Experience managing high-performing project teams, PMOs, and process optimization initiatives.
- Experience leading requirements gathering, stakeholder workshops, and deliverable review or approval sessions.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, information systems, computer science, business administration, or a related field.
Nice to have
- 2+ years of Media & Entertainment industry experience.
- Experience in Consumer Products or Retail.
- Agile or Scrum coaching experience.
- Experience at a large consulting firm such as Accenture, Deloitte, EY, Capgemini, or PwC.
