Project Manager – AI & Innovation (AI)

Location: Fully remote, based in Spain

Global testing, inspection, and certification organization operating an international network of offices and laboratories.

What you will do

• Lead AI, automation, innovation, and business transformation projects from concept through deployment.
• Manage proofs of concept, minimum viable products, pilots, and emerging digital solutions.
• Develop project plans, business cases, budgets, timelines, and success metrics.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and external partners.
• Evaluate emerging technology opportunities and support the AI roadmap.
• Coordinate cross-pillar initiatives, dependencies, prioritization, governance, and executive reporting.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in project management, digital transformation, innovation management, or a related field.
• Proven experience delivering technology or business transformation projects.
• Experience with AI, automation, analytics, or digital product initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including experience in global matrix organizations.
• Fluency in English and the local language is required.
• CV must be submitted in English.

• Agile project delivery experience.
• Experience managing AI projects related to sales using Salesforce.
