Partner Product Manager (Cybersecurity)

Location: Hybrid in Tokyo, Japan; on-site attendance is required as needed, and candidates must live within commuting distance of the Tokyo office. Relocation assistance is not offered.

What you will do

• Partner with Tier 1 OEM, Telco, and ISP organizations to deliver consumer cybersecurity solutions.
• Manage technical and business relationships, understand partner environments, and recommend integration solutions.
• Coordinate requirements, project execution, deployment schedules, and partner acceptance across global teams.
• Support product innovation and consumer experiences using AI-powered security technologies.
• Work with engineering teams and partners to troubleshoot technical issues and validate product functionality.
• Lead partner engagements, presentations, testing efforts, and process improvement initiatives in the APJ region.

Requirements

• 5–9 years of partner-facing experience with a track record of building relationships across stakeholder levels.
• Proficiency in Japanese and intermediate-level English communication skills are required.
• Strong understanding of the consumer cybersecurity threat landscape and emerging AI technologies, trends, and tools.
• Experience in software development and quality assurance, particularly on Windows platforms.
• Understanding of Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies and strong problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and MS Project.
