Senior Product Manager (AI Platform)

Location: Hybrid, with onsite work at least 3 days per week where the workplace policy applies, including San Jose, Durham, Mexico City, Bangalore, Pune, Hoofddorp, Belgrade, Barcelona, Singapore, Sydney, and Tokyo.

Salary: USD 160,000–320,000 per year at commencement of employment. Additional compensation may include a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, discretionary awards, and benefits.

What you will do

• Define and execute the roadmap for the Customer Success Platform across customer success, professional services, renewals, sales, product, and corporate strategy.
• Lead the AI roadmap, including virtual adoption agents, intelligent recommendations, personalized experiences, and automation capabilities.
• Own product initiatives from discovery and requirements gathering through development, launch, adoption, and optimization.
• Partner with UX, engineering, data, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable product capabilities.
• Define product metrics and use analytics, experimentation, and feedback to improve adoption and business outcomes.
• Develop executive insights, release communications, training, and enablement materials.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or business applications.
• Experience defining product strategy and delivering software products end to end.
• Experience launching AI-powered capabilities such as virtual agents, copilots, recommendations, or intelligent automation.
• Experience translating stakeholder requirements into product roadmaps and prioritized delivery plans.
• Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, including executive-level engagement.
• Experience with Agile product development, product launches, UAT, adoption measurement, and post-launch optimization.

Nice to have

• Experience with customer success, CRM, analytics, learning management, commerce, or business productivity platforms.
• Knowledge of software licensing, subscriptions, renewals, customer lifecycle management, and recurring revenue models.
• Experience with unified data platforms, data lakes, data warehouses, enterprise application ecosystems, or single-source-of-truth systems.
• Deep familiarity with AI-driven user experiences, personalization, automation, and conversational interfaces.
