What you will do

• Define the mid-to-long-term vision and roadmap for hirify.global AI for RMS.
• Plan and propose new features leveraging generative AI and conversational AI technology.
• Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from requirement definition to UAT and release.
• Drive prompt design and evaluation to improve AI response quality and optimize user experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (DEV, PJM, Sales) to align product goals and business impact.
• Analyze usage data and execute A/B tests to continuously improve product performance.

Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role.
• Business-level Japanese proficiency is mandatory.
• Ability to translate business requirements into detailed system specifications and requirements.
• Proven track record of making data-driven decisions to solve product issues.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams in highly uncertain environments.

Nice to have

• Product management experience with LLM, RAG, or AI-powered chatbots.
• Experience with B2B SaaS products or e-commerce marketplaces.
• Technical skills in SQL and BI tools such as Tableau or Looker.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Experience designing mitigation strategies for LLM hallucinations.
