Senior Product Manager, AI Marketing Cloud & Composable (AI)

Location: Tokyo, Japan; hybrid work with three days per week in the Tokyo office. Up to 25% travel is required for client visits.

What you will do

• Own the vision, strategy, and annual roadmap for Engagement AI Suite and Composable CDP.
• Build marketing execution infrastructure for agentic campaigns, audience activation, and real-time personalization.
• Define product value and KPIs tied to customer outcomes, bookings, expansion, retention, and financial targets.
• Lead Japan go-to-market execution, including adoption, positioning, enablement, and revenue growth.
• Partner with Engineering, UX, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, CDP, AI agent, and data platform teams to prioritize delivery and end-to-end integration.
• Conduct customer discovery, evaluate AI/ML trends and competitors, and coach teammates on marketing operations and agentic system design.

Requirements

• 4+ years of product management experience in enterprise SaaS.
• Senior-level experience owning strategy and delivery for complex product portfolios.
• Deep expertise in MarTech, marketing automation, or CDPs.
• Business-level Japanese and English proficiency required.
• Ability to work from the Tokyo office three days per week under the Global Hybrid Working Policy.
• Availability for up to 25% travel to visit clients.
