Communications Director, Workplace Reputation & Internal Communications

Location: Cincinnati General Offices, Cincinnati, Ohio; ability to relocate to Cincinnati required

Salary: $144,000–$190,000 per year, plus bonus where applicable and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead the global employee engagement and employer reputation strategy, planning, and execution.
• Develop internal and external storytelling that communicates P&G’s growth strategy and employee value proposition.
• Oversee employee engagement channels, digital engagement, intranet strategy, and physical workplace communications.
• Provide executive communications support for the Chief HR Officer and global HR initiatives and transformation projects.
• Manage the workplace reputation and employee communications team, agency partners, and a global center of expertise.
• Enable Corporate Communications colleagues to develop effective employee communications plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Business, or a related field.
• More than 12 years of experience in communications or a closely related field, including more than 5 years leading internal or employee communications.
• More than 2 years of people management experience.
• Experience with program leadership, agency management, large matrixed organizations, and decision-making.
• Strong writing, executive communications, communications planning, message development, storytelling, media relations, and LinkedIn content creation skills.
• Must be able to relocate to Cincinnati, Ohio. Immigration sponsorship is not available for this role.
