Internal Communications Manager

Location: Hybrid at the East Aurora facility; must live local to the Buffalo, NY area

Salary: $140,000–$160,000 annually

What you will do

• Develop and execute internal communication plans supporting business priorities, employee engagement, and organizational change.
• Create written, video, digital, and leadership communications that inform and engage employees.
• Partner with leaders and subject matter experts to tell stories about hirify.global’s culture, values, people, innovation, and achievements.
• Lead campaigns promoting employee programs, benefits, resources, opportunities, and key company initiatives.
• Support recruitment marketing and employer-brand campaigns in partnership with Talent Acquisition.
• Improve internal communication tools, channels, processes, standards, and cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, public relations, marketing, English, human resources, or a related field.
• More than eight years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, employee engagement, journalism, or a related area, ideally in a large or global organization.
• Strong writing, editing, storytelling, communication strategy, and campaign execution skills.
• Experience supporting executive communications and organizational change initiatives.
• Ability to promote employee programs, benefits, resources, and culture-building initiatives through targeted campaigns.
• Proficiency with employee communication and engagement platforms, with sound judgment in a complex matrixed environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with employer branding, recruitment marketing, talent attraction campaigns, or HR communications.
• Journalism or media experience.
