CRM Manager (Fintech)

Location: Copenhagen, Denmark; 4 days in the office

What you will do

• Build and run CRM strategies for retail banking customers to drive engagement, product adoption, and upsell across banking and lending products.
• Define and work toward commercial marketing KPIs.
• Design and launch multi-channel campaigns in Braze across email, push, and in-app messaging.
• Own campaign performance, optimize messaging, channels, and targeting, and run A/B tests.
• Partner with Product, Data, Marketing, and Commercial stakeholders.
• Build automations that reduce manual work and use Claude and Gemini for execution, reporting, and idea generation.

Requirements

• 8+ years of CRM experience for app-based products or services, focused on activation, engagement, and upsell.
• Experience building complex lifecycle flows with a growth-oriented approach.
• Hands-on experience with Braze or a comparable CRM platform such as Salesforce, Iterable, Responsys, or ActiveCampaign.
• Technical experience building complex campaigns and CRM flows, ideally with Liquid and HTML.
• Strong analytical and experimentation skills, including performance measurement and optimization.
• Fluent English, strong stakeholder management, and a proactive team-oriented approach.
