What you will do

  • Lead Paid Social strategy for a portfolio of clients, ensuring alignment with commercial objectives.
  • Manage daily campaign execution, including budget allocation, pacing, and creative testing on LinkedIn and Meta.
  • Monitor performance and refine campaigns through A/B testing and data-driven insights.
  • Produce weekly insights, monthly reports, and quarterly deep dives to improve client performance.
  • Mentor junior specialists and collaborate with leadership to define the Paid Social product roadmap.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of experience in Paid Social, ideally within an agency or complex in-house environment.
  • Proven experience defining platforms, budgets, and KPIs for large-scale media campaigns.
  • Proficiency with Meta Business Manager, Snapchat, TikTok, and Pinterest.
  • Strong professional communication skills in both Danish and English.
  • Consultative mindset with the ability to work independently and take ownership of deliveries.
