IT Systems Manager - Networking (IT/OT)

Location: Mehoopany, Pennsylvania, United States; onsite five days per week

Salary: $85,000–$122,200 per year, plus potential bonus and benefits

Procter & Gamble’s Global Operations Organization supports IT infrastructure and operational technology across manufacturing operations.

What you will do

• Lead operations for multiple OT workloads, including business intelligence, data, transactional systems, automation systems, and web applications.
• Act as the site OT Operations Leader and administer OT operations across the assigned area or site.
• Lead technical and cybersecurity incidents through resolution and collaborate with Power, Controls, Information Systems, cybersecurity, and other operational teams.
• Manage advanced ICS network operations, troubleshooting, infrastructure availability, and OT change implementation.
• Drive systemic remediation, systems enrollment and compliance, standards documentation, and continuous improvement.
• Develop IT continuity strategies, maintain cybersecurity compliance, and install Windows and Linux operating systems in virtual environments.

Requirements

• Ability to work onsite five days per week in Mehoopany, PA.
• Experience with advanced network topologies, configuration, defensive strategies, and implementations.
• Familiarity with VMware and virtualization technologies.
• Ability to analyze logs and crash or dump outputs to identify root causes.
• Strong teamwork, cultural awareness, knowledge sharing, and experience leading strategic IT initiatives.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Engineering, or a related field.
• Manufacturing experience, particularly with PC&IS.
