Systems Administrator II (Windows/Linux)

Location: Wright-Patterson AFB, OH, USA; onsite support for a contract at The National Museum of the United States Air Force

Salary: $85,000–$105,000 per year; paid weekly

Oneida Network Infrastructure (ONI) designs, implements, and supports wired and wireless networks, data centers, cloud migrations, telecommunications, system integrations, and secure infrastructure.

What you will do

• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows and/or Linux servers and enterprise infrastructure systems.
• Administer user accounts and access, apply patches and security configurations, and monitor system performance, availability, and storage.
• Implement and maintain backup and recovery procedures.
• Support virtualization and cloud-based technologies as applicable.
• Maintain technical documentation and standard operating procedures.
• Support cybersecurity requirements, STIG compliance, and vulnerability remediation with ISSM/ISSO personnel.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• 3–5 years of systems administration experience.
• Experience supporting enterprise Windows Server and Active Directory environments.
• Experience with virtualization technologies.
• Ability to obtain Secret Clearance.
