Engineering Manager (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Report to the Director of Engineering and collaborate with other Engineering Managers to align practices across the global Software Engineering Team.
• Work with Product Management and Staff Engineers to plan effectively and maintain an appropriate delivery pace.
• Mentor and guide engineers in their career development.
• Support a strong engineering culture in a remote, async-first environment.
• Promote the use of emerging technologies, including AI, in day-to-day engineering work.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in team management.
• Strong technical background with extensive Software Engineering experience, preferably with Java, Spring, and React.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders and manage time independently.
• Autonomy, ownership, and team spirit.
• Comfort working remotely in an async-first environment.
• Strong willingness to embrace and use AI tools in daily work.

Nice to have

• Experience in a startup or scale-up environment.
• Experience with Rust.
