Requirements

• Must be based in the United States or Canada
• Several years of experience managing a team of engineers
• Significant experience with fullstack web development
• Proven ability to drive project delivery and create roadmaps
• Experience managing a remote team and scaling services
• Ability to foster a positive, healthy, and challenging team environment
