What you will do

• Manage a team of intermediate and senior Solutions Architects across the UK and Ireland, providing clear direction and high-quality execution.
• Act as a player-coach by partnering on strategic opportunities and coaching the team through complex sales cycles.
• Guide regional strategy for technical evaluations, workshops, and proof-of-concept (PoC) engagements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Channel, Marketing, Product Management, and global SA teams.
• Maintain operational discipline across workload planning, resource allocation, and opportunity forecasting.
• Hire, develop, and retain high-performing technical talent to scale the regional organization.

Requirements

• Experience managing technical teams in software/technology sales, pre-sales, or consulting.
• Must be based in the UK or Ireland.
• Strong background in solution architecture with the ability to link technical depth to business value.
• Proven success in mentoring and scaling customer-facing technical organizations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for engaging technical and business stakeholders.
• A genuine curiosity for AI and a habit of integrating AI tools into daily workflows.
