Requirements

• Must be based in the United Kingdom
• 6+ years of experience in software engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Proven experience delivering production software in languages like C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, Go, Ruby, Rust, or Python.
• 1+ year of people management experience.
• Ability to lead distributed teams across multiple time zones.
• Strong collaboration skills with stakeholders across engineering, product, and design.

Nice to have

• Experience building developer tools like compilers, parsers, linters, or static analyzers.
• Knowledge of software security, including static/dynamic analysis and supply chain security.
• Experience with machine learning, prompt engineering, and LLMs applied to source code.
• Familiarity with logic programming or database query languages like SQL or Datalog.
