Technology Product Analyst (AI)

What you will do

• Work with executive and senior leaders to create and maintain an operating platform covering people, processes, tools, and technology.
• Elicit, analyze, translate, and document business requirements as technical requirements with business and technology partners.
• Create UI/UX wireframes and mockups in Figma or similar professional tools, including AI-powered design tools.
• Analyze, document, and test program logic, process flows, specifications, and development work.
• Partner with business stakeholders to conduct user acceptance testing.
• Coordinate project resources to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of experience as a business analyst or product analyst/product owner.
• Bachelor’s degree required; a master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
• Agile training as a Scrum Master or Product Owner.
• Experience documenting complex business solutions and troubleshooting technical issues in work products.
• Strong understanding of modern AI capabilities and how to leverage them in product workflows.
• Knowledge of business complexity, project interdependencies, system engineering, object-oriented design, information risk and security guidelines, and architecture standards.
