GenAI Product Analyst (Generative AI/Insurance): Supporting the development and delivery of data-driven digital AI products that address complex insurance and business challenges with an accent on user research, product strategy, and evidence-based prioritization. Focus on analyzing user behavior, market trends, and competitors, developing roadmaps and business cases, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver feasible, viable, and desirable solutions.
Location: Atlanta, Georgia, United States; primarily in the office

What you will do
- Advocate for customer needs and help define digital product vision and solutions that deliver business value.
- Analyze user behavior, technology and market trends, competitors, and product data to provide actionable insights.
- Conduct user and field research, including persona, pain-point, journey, A/B, and concept analysis, to guide product development.
- Prioritize features for future releases, maintain feature lists, user stories, backlogs, and roadmaps, and support sprint planning.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to scope, design, test, and deliver Generative AI solutions using an MVP approach.
- Develop business cases, operating plans, and proposals while monitoring progress and reporting KPIs.
Requirements
- Experience launching data-driven digital products or feature releases and articulating product vision aligned with strategic goals.
- Experience conducting user research and using insights to prioritize features according to user, commercial, and strategic needs.
- Experience analyzing market and industry trends, competitors, and product data with appropriate analytics methods and tools.
- Experience supporting or leading sprint planning, developing epics and user stories, and managing product backlogs.
- Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional product teams and using agile-at-scale development methodologies.
- Strong time management, independent problem-solving, written communication, verbal communication, and executive-influencing skills.

- Experience in financial services or insurance.
