AI Product Evaluations Senior Analyst

Location: Chicago, Illinois; hybrid

Salary: $98,300–$135,200 annually if located in Illinois, plus bonus eligibility and benefits.

hirify.global is a law firm with a Data & AI department supporting the evaluation and adoption of legal-technology and AI products.

What you will do

• Support the administration of product evaluations, pilots, and proofs of concept across the legal-technology and AI portfolio.
• Conduct market and competitive research to identify, compare, and shortlist products, vendors, and capabilities.
• Assist with vendor selection by preparing evaluation criteria, demo question banks, scorecards, and comparison summaries.
• Coordinate requirements, reviews, schedules, and dependencies with information security, procurement, IT, and practice stakeholders.
• Plan structured evaluations and pilots, including scope, timelines, participants, and success criteria.
• Analyze participant feedback, usage data, and KPIs, then prepare findings, recommendations, stakeholder updates, and rollout reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university.
• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines with minimal direct supervision.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, analytical, organizational, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders and maintain confidentiality.

Nice to have

• At least 2 years of experience with legal technology and/or AI tools, including research tools, workflow or practice management systems, or generative AI platforms.
• Experience with product or vendor evaluations, procurement, information security reviews, or project coordination.
• Understanding of law firm structures, business practices, practice-specific terminology, market research resources, and legal research tools.
