What you will do

  • Shape and refine product requirements for third-party identification, due diligence, risk decisions, contract management, onboarding, monitoring, and offboarding.
  • Translate procurement, risk, and stakeholder needs into user stories with acceptance criteria covering workflows, approvals, evidence collection, and audit trails.
  • Conduct interviews, process mapping, workflow analysis, and risk/control assessment walkthroughs with TPM, procurement, and risk teams.
  • Own and prioritize the product backlog in alignment with product vision, roadmap, compliance, user experience, and operational outcomes.
  • Support Agile ceremonies, UAT, production validation, release readiness, and collaboration with engineering, QA, architecture, and vendor delivery teams.
  • Track KPIs and OKRs such as onboarding cycle time, SLA adherence, exception rates, rework, defects, workflow efficiency, and product health.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, business, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in product analysis, business analysis, or related techno-functional roles supporting enterprise digital products and delivery teams.
  • Strong understanding of Agile frameworks and the ability to break down complex processes into clear, testable requirements.
  • Experience with intake and workflow platforms, enterprise process automation, integrations, data flows, and downstream process impacts.
  • Ability to write user stories and acceptance criteria, manage a backlog, and collaborate with engineering and QA through UAT and release.
  • Clear communication, structured problem-solving, partnership, conflict resolution, and the ability to manage competing priorities.

Nice to have

  • Experience in risk, compliance, procurement, security, SOX, GxP, or another regulated environment.
  • Experience with third-party management and procurement risk operations, including due diligence, inherent risk tiering, issue management, and monitoring.
  • Familiarity with Jira or Azure DevOps, Confluence or SharePoint, Visio, Mural, Lucidchart, and Power BI.
