Product Analyst (AI)

Location: Remote in the East US, UK, Ireland, Sweden, the Netherlands, Estonia, or Israel.

What you will do

• Define and maintain product event taxonomy, tracking standards, instrumentation quality, and shared metric definitions with Engineering.
• Build scalable, self-service dashboards and reporting for product teams using tools such as Mixpanel, Segment, and Looker.
• Build and maintain dbt models, metric layers, data-quality monitoring, documentation, and automation.
• Structure and analyze Voice of the Customer signals from support, churn, NPS, sales feedback, and customer interviews.
• Deliver recurring analyses and readouts covering adoption, engagement, retention, revenue, and product performance.
• Use AI tooling to accelerate insight generation, reporting, documentation, and product decision-making while maintaining trust and metric integrity.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product analytics or a related role, working closely with digital product teams and influencing decisions through data.
• Practical understanding of AI-driven analytics workflows, including guardrails, trust, and safe operationalization.
• Advanced SQL and experience with event-based analytics.
• Experience with Mixpanel or similar product analytics tools, Looker or similar BI tools, Segment or similar platforms, and dbt.
• Ability to build scalable systems, operate independently in ambiguity, and communicate complex findings to product managers and business stakeholders.
• Remote work must be based in the East US, UK, Ireland, Sweden, the Netherlands, Estonia, or Israel.

Nice to have

• Exposure to AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure.
• Familiarity with FinOps, cloud cost management, and enterprise SaaS concepts.
