Senior Product Analyst - Data & Integration (Salesforce)

What you will do

• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Data Operations, Engineering, and Enterprise Data teams to define capabilities across Salesforce, Data360, Marketing Cloud, and custom platforms.
• Lead discovery sessions and define customer, engagement, operational, and behavioral data requirements.
• Translate business objectives into requirements, user stories, process flows, functional specifications, data mappings, and acceptance criteria.
• Define business logic, data rules, governance requirements, and integration patterns for capturing, transforming, activating, and sharing enterprise data.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Enterprise Data teams to design reusable integrations and improve platform interoperability.
• Support AI-enabled solutions, product roadmaps, automation, predictive insights, and agentic customer experiences.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, product analysis, or solution analysis within Salesforce or enterprise CRM ecosystems.
• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data360, and customer data platforms such as Segment.
• Strong understanding of enterprise customer data, data integration, identity resolution, APIs, event-driven architectures, and modern integration patterns.
• Experience with requirements gathering, business process analysis, stakeholder facilitation, process modeling, user stories, data governance, and data quality.
• Ability to work remotely within the United States and collaborate across business and technical teams.

• Salesforce Business Analyst or Salesforce Administrator Certification.
• Salesforce Data Cloud (Data360) Consultant Certification.
• Salesforce Agentforce Certification.
• Experience supporting enterprise AI initiatives, intelligent automation, customer data activation, MuleSoft, or enterprise integration platforms.
