What you will do
- Organize and coordinate residential home remodeling projects.
- Monitor field crew performance and product quality.
- Communicate directly with customers and support complaint resolution.
- Prepare and present daily progress reports.
- Occasionally measure remodeling jobs.
Requirements
- Residential remodeling experience with replacement windows, bathrooms, and kitchens.
- Prior management or supervisory experience.
- Experience with conflict resolution.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver’s license and a good driving record required.
