Field Services Coordinator I

Location: Castle Rock, Colorado; field locations vary based on ongoing projects. Extensive travel and relocation to projects are essential.

Salary: USD $58,714–$78,072 per year, paid weekly.

What you will do

• Support the Project Manager and Superintendent with day-to-day construction project operations.
• Review plans and specifications, develop quality plans, and maintain QAQC procedures.
• Inspect equipment, materials, workmanship, and completed construction for compliance.
• Monitor field progress, productivity, schedules, inventory, and equipment tracking.
• Prepare statements of work, submittals, change management documentation, and daily or weekly reports.
• Coordinate material, tooling, and equipment needs while communicating between office staff and field crews.

Requirements

• 6–18 months of related field construction management experience is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field; equivalent relevant education and experience may be considered.
• Ability to travel extensively for long periods and work in an outdoor construction environment.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret construction documents.
• Ability to prioritize multiple assignments and proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Applicants must already be authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
