Resident Manager (Real Estate)

Location: Atlanta, GA, United States

Salary: $63,000–$70,000 annually, plus eligibility for quarterly bonus payments.

What you will do

• Build positive relationships with residents across an assigned portfolio of single-family homes.
• Respond to resident inquiries and resolve customer service issues promptly and professionally.
• Drive lease renewals and execute new leases within the market.
• Conduct move-out reconciliations, assess damages, and determine resident chargebacks in accordance with state laws.
• Implement collection strategies to reduce evictions and delinquencies.
• Represent hirify.global at eviction hearings and monitor HOA compliance.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in real estate, finance, business management, or a related field preferred.
• At least three years of directly related experience in property operations, real estate, or property management preferred.
• Real estate license and any permits or certifications required by the state real estate commission for property management.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, tenant relationship management, and negotiation skills.
