Principal - Value, Access & Pricing

What you will do

• Lead multiple Evidence, Value, Access, and Pricing project engagements as the primary client contact and internal team lead.
• Design and evaluate evidence, value, market access, and pricing strategies with actionable recommendations for client business questions.
• Coordinate workstreams and guide junior consultants while partnering with project managers and cross-functional teams.
• Oversee client-ready research materials, interim deliverables, and final project reports.
• Develop RFP responses, proposals, follow-on work, and new business opportunities across global pricing, market access, and value strategy.
• Provide thought leadership, train and mentor junior staff, and support the professional development of the EVAP function.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with high academic achievement.
• 10+ years as a top performer in a top-tier biopharmaceutical or pharmaceutical strategy consulting firm serving leading industry clients.
• Working knowledge of advanced consulting methodologies, tools, and techniques, with excellent analytical and numerical skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to address sensitive recommendations with senior executives.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities under deadline pressure and collaborate effectively with cross-functional staff.

• Major in health sciences, economics, or health economics and outcomes research.
• Demonstrated interest in the life sciences industry.
