Associate Principal - Custom Integrated Research

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end integrated research and consulting projects for global and regional pharmaceutical clients.
• Build trusted client relationships and translate research findings into actionable strategic recommendations.
• Design research and analytical approaches combining primary market research, secondary intelligence, and IQVIA data assets.
• Develop research methodologies, including sample designs, questionnaires, discussion guides, and analytical frameworks.
• Coordinate cross-functional onshore and offshore teams and mentor junior colleagues.
• Support business development through opportunity identification, proposal development, client presentations, and account growth.

Requirements

• University degree and 8+ years of experience in life sciences consulting, healthcare, or market research.
• Strong experience with primary market research methodologies and end-to-end project delivery.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities and influence senior clients.
• Experience with business development, proposal writing, and client discussions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
• Fluent English required; additional languages are a plus.
