What you will do

• Own UK client relationships, lead proposals, and develop business opportunities for local health economics and HTA needs, including NICE and SMC submissions.
• Lead project delivery teams as Principal-in-Charge, ensuring UK HTA projects meet schedule, quality, budget, and margin expectations.
• Manage revenue targets for UK health economics and HTA offerings and contribute to new offering development.
• Build, coach, mentor, and train junior and senior team members, including technical training on UK HTA requirements.
• Represent hirify.global at conferences and symposiums and contribute to thought leadership, methods development, and academic collaborations.
• Collaborate across business areas to deliver client services and develop new HE/HTA offerings.

Requirements

• MPH, MSc, PhD, or equivalent degree in health economics, epidemiology, biostatistics, or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience designing and executing health economic studies and leading clients through UK HTA processes.
• Management-level experience leading business initiatives and teams.
• Deep knowledge of UK HTA requirements and health economics approaches, with expert understanding of health economics and modelling for HTA.
• Established network across the UK pharmaceutical industry, academia, and/or HTA bodies.
• Strong consulting, client engagement, relationship-building, and custom-solution development skills.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage relationships in a multicultural environment.
• Successful project management experience, including client negotiations, contracting, and scope management.
• Previous experience in a consultancy, CRO, or life sciences company, plus clear spoken and written communication and commercial understanding of profitability and resource flows.
