What you will do

• Own relationships with UK clients and lead proposals and business development for local HTA needs, including NICE and SMC submissions.
• Take responsibility for revenue targets for UK health economics and HTA offerings.
• Lead project delivery teams as Principal-in-Charge, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, to the required quality, and at expected margins.
• Build, mentor, and train team members, including supporting recruitment and staff retention.
• Represent IQVIA at conferences and symposiums and contribute to thought leadership, methods development, and academic collaborations.
• Collaborate with other business areas to deliver client services and develop new offerings.

Requirements

• MPH, MSc, PhD, or equivalent degree in health economics, epidemiology, biostatistics, or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience designing and executing health economic studies and leading clients through UK HTA processes.
• Deep knowledge of UK HTA requirements and health economics, including expert use of health economics and modelling for HTA.
• Management-level experience leading business initiatives and teams, with a track record of successful project management, negotiations, contracting, and scope management.
• Established contacts in the UK pharmaceutical industry, academia, and/or HTA bodies, plus strong consulting and client engagement skills.
• Experience in a consultancy, CRO, or life sciences company and the ability to communicate clearly in multicultural environments.
